The homeowners of this home sought to modernize and open up this dated 1970’s house. Enabling an open plan kitchen and family room concept. With this remodel, a contemporary space was created by removing a lot of the interior walls and constructing a completely new roof. This remodel included large glazing to let light flood into this space and to take advantage of the amazing views of Lough Derg.
